DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN PROVENCE
Transfer from Marseille Airport to Avignon.
Welcome at Marseille Airport, then drive to Avignon, former papal city. Check-in at accommodation and free time for a first discovery of the city or to relax after the journey.
DAY 2 – AVIGNON (France)
Day dedicated to sites classified as UNESCO World Heritage.
Visit the Palais des Papes, the largest Gothic palace in Europe and symbol of papal power in the 14th century.
Discovery of the Pont Saint-Bénézet, better known as the Pont d’Avignon, emblem of the city, offering a beautiful view of the Rhône and the ramparts.
DAY 3 – ORANGE / NÎMES (France)
Day dedicated to Roman heritage.
In Orange, visit the Antique Theatre, remarkably preserved and inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
Stop at the Pont du Gard, impressive Roman aqueduct with three levels, a masterpiece of ancient engineering.
In Nîmes, discovery of the arenas, one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world, still in use today.
DAY 4 – CAMARGUE: SAINTE-MARIE-DE-LA-MER / AIGUES-MORTES (France)
Discovery of Sainte-Marie-de-la-Mer, emblematic village of the Camargue, and its fortified church, a pilgrimage site dedicated to the Saintes Maries and the Black Virgin.
Exploration of the pink water salt marshes, unique landscapes shaped by salt.
Crossing of the Camargue Nature Reserve, known for its emblematic wildlife: Camargue horses, bulls and flamingos.
End of the day in Aigues-Mortes, a fortified medieval city, remarkable for its perfectly preserved ramparts.
DAY 5 – MARSEILLE (France)
Discovery of Marseille, the oldest city in France.
Stroll around the Vieux-Port, the historic heart of the city, then visit the old town and the Panier district.
Climb to the Basilica of Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde, offering a panoramic view of Marseille, the sea, and the Frioul islands.
Optionally, tasting of a Marseille culinary specialty in an iconic restaurant, associated with the world of Provençal cinema.

Departure for Cassis, a charming fishing village.
Boat trip in the Calanques National Park, along spectacular limestone cliffs, wild coves, and turquoise waters. Free time in Cassis to stroll around the port or enjoy the natural setting.
